OUR EYE/DENTAL CLINICS
At Guerrero Clinic, we are committed to providing free cataract surgery to patients in need throughout the state of Chihuahua in Mexico. In addition, we also offer eyeglasses and dental procedures to indigent populations surrounding Guerrero, Chihuahua. Our work is made possible through the generous support of donors and volunteers who share our passion for improving the health and well-being of those in need.
We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we work tirelessly to provide essential medical services to those who need it most. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and volunteers help us carry out our mission to serve the community.
We are proud to have completed several successful projects in the past, including the construction of a new medical clinic in a remote area of Chihuahua. This clinic now serves as a vital resource for the local community, providing access to basic healthcare services that were previously unavailable.
In addition to our medical services, we also provide educational programs to help promote healthy habits and prevent illness. Our team regularly visits local schools and community centers to provide information and resources on topics like hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
Approximately 800 people are treated during each of our three four-day eye clinics. 150-250 cataract surgeries are performed, hundreds of pairs of glasses are distributed, and many dental procedures completed at each clinic. One additional clinic is scheduled each year where plastic surgery is performed on young patients.
