First let me express my thanks to Ramon Gisbert for being my eyes and correspondent at this clinic as I am stuck in Dallas this week. This is Ramon's first clinic so I'm excited to be able to bring you a perspective of a newcomer.

This is a very exciting time at the clinic. In addition to serving the medical needs of the indigent, volunteers at the clinic are beginning the next chapter of the clinic. Land has been acquired and construction is underway on an expanded clinic with facilities for housing volunteers on-site. Below are pictures of the early ground breaking going on this week.
