Application for Spring 2012 Clinic
Clinic Dates: Tuesday March 13th to Saturday March 17th
Optional Copper Canyon trip before clinic. Leaves Sunday March 11th.
Flight times are different than in recent clinics. Houston people dapart Tuesday morning and return home Saturday evening. Dallas people leave at noon and return home late Saturday afternoon.
Application Due Date is end of day Tuesday January 31st

Two shirts are available for sale as extras.One is a blue button down short sleeve shirt with the Rotary Clinic emblem on the front. It is recommended that volunteers purchase at least one and plan to wear it on travel days to and from the clinic. The other is a T-shirt. There is a unique design for each clinic.
